Prices for EU customers remain unchanged post Brexit. Bluebella covers all additional import duties and taxes on your behalf.

In the unlikely event that you are contacted by one of our couriers (Landmark or DHL) and asked to pay a duty charge to release your order, we kindly ask that you make the payment to ensure prompt delivery. Please then email [email protected] with proof of payment, and we will arrange a refund without delay. To help us prioritise your request, please mark the subject line: Duty Payment Refund.
